Terek Tash Cement Plant will be one of the largest industrial plants to be commissioned in 2024 with the support of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund

The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers within the framework of the launch of 100 industrial enterprises in 2024 together with the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers inspected the construction process of the cement plant of Terek Tash Company (Kyrgyzstan).

85 % of the construction work has already been completed, and the launch is planned for August this year. It will be one of the largest enterprises in the country, operating on modern equipment. Cement production is going to be waste-free. When making cement, the fly-ash from Bishkek's thermal power station will be recycled, which will help improve the environment in the Kyrgyz capital.

"The Fund together with the Cabinet of Ministers continues to actively restore the country's industrial potential. This is one of the most important points of our strategy up to 2027. Following the instructions of the Cabinet of Ministers, we help entrepreneurs to create jobs in the regions. This project will allow to employ 450 people", - noted Artem Novikov, Chairman of the Board of The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
