Bag filter upgrade at "Ahangarancement" plant

"Ahangarancement" (part of Akkermann cement) carried out upgrading of bag filter FRKI 550 at ball cement mill No.7 at cement grinding workshop.

The renovation of the bag filter aspiration system included the dismantling of the old shaking system, frames, bags and control unit. New pulse valves with electronic control unit were installed, bag filter components were completely replaced, and the compressed air system upstream and downstream of the valves was upgraded. The upgrade of the bag filter of cement ball mill No. 7 was carried out promptly within a tight timeframe.

"Also during the upgrading, a special interlock was installed on the electronic shaking control unit. This will allow to reach a new level of environmental safety, reduce dust indicators, thereby improving working conditions for employees", - says engineer on maintenance and repair of aspiration systems Akhmedov Giyosjon.
