This initiative was announced by representatives of Chinese companies from Jiangsu Province at a meeting with Armenian Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan during his official visit to China.
According to the information received from the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Economy, the two parties discussed the potential of mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenian and Chinese enterprises. The Chinese enterprise expressed interest in the possibility of constructing a cement factory in Armenia and establishing tractor production.
The meeting also addressed prospects for expanding cooperation in the energy sector. These initiatives emphasize China's interest in developing economic ties with Armenia and assisting in the development of local production and infrastructure.
