The option to submit an online application for logistics consulting services has become available for Freight One’s clients in their personal account on the company’s website. Clients can receive expert assistance to build an effective system: from auditing an existing model to outsourcing intra-plant logistics.

Today, about 800 companies have registered personal accounts on Freight One’s website. They can track their cargo, analyze statistics on loading and unloading, idle time, execution of orders and mutual settlements, independently generate flexible reports and set up the sending of reports by e-mail with the required frequency. A mobile app is also available.
Freight One plans to continue the digitalization process and expand upon the functionality of the website to benefit clients: add the ability to place orders online, calculate rates, and set up an automated data exchange system between Freight One's management systems and partner companies. To obtain and improve the accuracy of forecast data, Freight One will introduce a machine learning solution.
