Gebr. Pfeiffer to supply three grinding plants to Pakistan

Gebr. Pfeiffer plans to supply three vertical roller mills for the Askari Cement plant in Nizampur (Pakistan). Total capacity of two MVR 5000 C-4 mills for grinding is 360 t / h of cement to a fineness of 3250 cm2 / g (according to Blaine).The raw material will be ground on an MVR 5000 R-4 mill. The mill capacity is 520 t/h of cement raw materials up to a fineness of 12 % R 90 µm. The raw material will be ground on an MVR 5000 R-4 mill. The mill capacity is 520 t/h of cement raw materials up to a fineness of 12 % R 90 µm. The order is being handled by the Chinese general contractor Hefei Cement Research & Design Institute. Commissioning is scheduled for the second half of 2022. 

Askari Cement is one of the leading cement producers in Pakistan, a company that produces cement that is used for the construction of dams, bridges, highways as well as commercial and industrial complexes, housing projects. The company exports cement to South Africa, India and Afghanistan.
