Holcibel S.A. has completed the sale of its 52.07 % stake in Holcim (Liban) S.A.L., finalising the transaction on January 9, 2026.
The company has completed the sale of all 10,162,777 shares, representing 52.07% of the authorized capital of Holcim (Liban), to companies investing in the cement industry, B.Z.L. Cement Holding S.A.L. and North Pine S.A.L. (Holding) on the Beirut Stock Exchange.
Following the transaction, Holcibel no longer holds any shares in the company. B.Z.L. Cement Holding now owns 32.07 % of Holcim (Liban), and North Pine holds 20.00 %.
