Iskitimcement sums up results of the high construction season-2021

AO Iskitimcement (subsidiary of AO HC Sibcem) summed up work results during the high construction season of 2021.

In ten months, the company produced 1,046 million tons of cement, which is 21% more compared to the same period last year. 1,055 million tons of finished products were shipped to consumers (+21% to the level of 2020). The increase in cement production and sales is primarily due to an increase in the capacity of the cement market. The plant is increasing production by participating in major infrastructure projects, housing construction also contributes to the growth of demand for cement.

AO Iskitimcement supplies high-quality products to Siberian construction industry enterprises. Delivery is carried out by road and rail. For ten months of this year, 404 thousand tons were shipped by rail, 651 thousand tons by road.

Today, the plant's assortment includes eight types of cement. In the high construction season-2021, the share of general construction cements CEM I 42.5B and CEM II/A-Sh 32.5B in total production amounted to 57% and 22%, respectively.

In 2021, the demand for separated cement continues to grow: in 10 months, the plant produced 424 thousand tons of such products - this is 41% of the total output. For comparison: in 2020, when the separator was put into operation, 236 thousand tons of cement were produced with its help – 24% of the total volume. AO Iskitimcement plans to install another separator at cement mill No. 5 and put it into operation by the beginning of the 2023 construction season.

The implementation of the investment program continues, including a set of measures aimed at reducing emissions into the atmosphere.
