During the period from January to December, the company produced 1.18 million tons and sold 1.19 million tons of cement, which is 20 and 21% more than in 2020. The growth is primarily associated with an increase in the cement market capacity.
The plant increases production by participating in large infrastructure projects, supplies products to house-building companies, as well as enterprises producing reinforced concrete structures, ready-mixed concrete and dry mixes. The products are delivered by road and rail. In 12 months, 449 thousand tons were shipped by rail, 736 thousand tons by road.
The volume of bulk cement sales increased to 954,000 tons (80% of total sales). 86 thousand tons of products were shipped in soft containers of 1000 kg, 145 thousand tons in paper bags of 25 and 50 kg. At the same time, 63% of all products sold in paper containers were delivered on pallets (92 thousand tons), in 2020 this figure was 45% (70 thousand tons).
Demand for high-quality, additive-free cements is still growing: their share in the total volume of finished products shipped to consumers has increased from 67% in 2020 to 75% in 2021. Also, customers appreciated the advantages of separated cement and switched to its use in production. In 12 months, the plant produced 493 thousand tons of this type of product (42% of the total output). In 2020, when the separator was put into operation, 236 thousand tons of cement were produced – 24% of the total volume.
Iskitimcement pays attention to the quality of its products, which is controlled by the factory laboratory at each production stage.
All planned repair and restoration works were carried out at the plant in a timely manner, which made it possible to ensure the stable functioning of the production units equipment. The implementation of projects on automation of the process control system continues, including activities aimed at reducing CO2 emissions.
