One million tonnes of cement have been produced since the beginning of 2023 in “Krasnoselskstroymaterialy” cement plant, which is part of the Belarusian Cement Company holding.
According to Vladimir Kiselev, plant manager, the cement output growth rate for 8 months amounted to 102.7% compared to the same period last year. Cement is successfully sold on domestic and foreign markets. The company actively implements an import substitution programme, expands product sales markets and conducts a number of investment projects.
“Krasnoselskstroymaterialy” is the oldest enterprise in the cement industry of Belarus with more than 100 years of history. The number of employees, including its branches, is 2,274.
Apart from cement, “Krasnoselskstroymaterialy” produces autoclaved lightweight concrete, silicate bricks, dry-mixes, chalk and lime.
