Krasnoyarsk Cement (Sibcem Holding) summarizes the preliminary results of the construction season - 2022. In January–October, the plant produced 553.3 thousand tons of cement.
In ten months, 5.75 million tons of cement were consumed in the Siberian Federal District (in the former borders – taking into account the Republic of Buryatia and the Trans-Baikal Territory), which is 3.7% lower than in the same period of 2021. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the demand for cement also fell to 1.3 million tons (-12%). In this regard, sales volumes of Krasnoyarsk Cement decreased: in January–October, the company shipped 558.5 thousand tons of cement to consumers (-7.5% compared to the level of ten months of 2021).
The company supplies products for the construction of major infrastructure, industrial and residential facilities, including the RN-Vankor company, the Chernogorsky Mining and Processing Plant, the Agroterminal warehouse complex, the Yemelyanovo airport, the facilities of the Blagodatnoye, Panimba and Razdolinskoye fields and many others.
In the autumn of 2022, the Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant began shipping a new composite Portland cement CEM II/A-K (W-Z) 32.5B. This is the ninth type of products produced by the plant. Composite Portland cement of type CEM II subtype A with a total content of blast furnace granulated slag (W) and fly ash (H) from 12% to 20%, strength class 32.5, fast-hardening is used in the production of concrete and reinforced concrete prefabricated or monolithic structures, concrete and mortar. The product is also used for plastering, masonry and other repair and construction works.
This year, Krasnoyarsk Cement continues to modernize its production. In total, it is planned to allocate 1.5 billion roubles for the re–equipment of the enterprise - 2.6 times more than in 2021.
The funds were allocated primarily for the construction of a closed-cycle grinding cement mill (with a separator) with a standard size of 4.0×13.5 meters and a capacity of up to 100 tons per hour as part of the construction of a new Grinding shop. This year, 1.7 billion roubles will be allocated for the implementation of the project. Currently, all the buildings and structures of the new grinding unit have been erected, the necessary technological equipment has been installed. Work is underway on the installation and commissioning of equipment, interior decoration. The grand opening of the workshop is scheduled for July 2023.
This project is very important both for the enterprise and for consumers. For several years, there has been a trend in the market towards an increase in the consumption of finely ground high-quality cements. The applied technology of grinding in a closed cycle will allow the production of cements characterized by increased stability of quality characteristics and higher strength indicators compared to cements produced in mills with an open grinding cycle.
In addition, in 2022, a new packaging machine worth 19.4 million roubles was installed in the finished product shop on the palletizing line. Modern equipment capable of producing 60 tons of palletized cement per hour is installed instead of a semi-automatic palletizer, which at the same time produced only 20 tons. Increasing the productivity of the line three times gives the company the opportunity to promptly meet the growing needs of the construction market in palletized cement.
The plant's fleet of special equipment is being systematically updated. In 2022, the SDLG L968F front loader arrived at the industrial site. A new bulldozer of heavy traction was purchased for the Gorny workshop. A modern bridge grab crane has been put into operation in the Grinding shop.
Also, this year, the company received the Niva car, which is used to perform tasks for the protection of objects of Krasnoyarsk Cement, the Sobol minibus, which delivers excavator drivers and repair crews of the Gorny workshop to quarries, and the NEFAZ bus for delivering employees to work.
Planned equipment repairs were carried out efficiently and on time in all divisions of Krasnoyarsk Cement. Timely execution of these works allows to reduce the risk of accidents and downtime, to ensure uninterrupted production. In 2022, 730.7 million roubles were allocated for repairs and maintenance of Krasnoyarsk Cement equipment. According to forecasts, the amount of money that is planned to be allocated for these purposes in 2023 will grow to 926.7 million roubles.
The company's priority, as before, is to increase the level of environmental safety of production. Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant has been participating in the Clean Air federal project for the fourth year and is taking measures aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment. The company continuously operates 50 gas purification plants, their efficiency is 98-99%.
In 2022, 27 million roubles were allocated for environmental protection measures. A site for the repair and maintenance of gas cleaning plants has been commissioned in the equipment maintenance shop, which will allow the Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant to carry out ongoing repairs of gas cleaning equipment on its own, without involving third-party specialists.
The new cement mill in the Mill shop will be equipped with modern bag filters and gas cleaning plants with a high efficiency. In addition, a closed clinker warehouse is being built on the territory of the plant, the use of which will eliminate dusting during storage and movement of the product, and a block of silos with a volume of 16 thousand tons, equipped with aspiration units of the latest generation.
