For 12 months, Krasnoyarsk Cement (Sibcem Holding) produced 634.8 thousand tons and sold 633.4 thousand tons of products. The company's assortment includes ten types of cement: six general construction and four specials.
The most popular in 2022 was Portland cement CEM I 42.5N: the plant produced 279.5 thousand tons of this type (44 % of the total volume of products produced). Portland cement with slag CEM II/A-S 32.5B was also in demand among consumers, its share in the total volume was 26.6 % (168.8 thousand tons).
In 2022, Krasnoyarsk Cement began production and shipment of composite Portland cement CEM II/A-С (S-A) 32.5 B. This type of product is used in the production of concrete and precast concrete or monolithic structures, concrete and mortar. The product is also used for plastering, masonry and other repair and construction works.
The plant supplied products for the construction of large infrastructure, industrial and residential facilities, including the RN-Vankor company, the Tschernogorsky Mining and Processing Plant, the Agroterminal warehouse complex, the Yemelyanovo airport, the facilities of the Blagodatnoye, Panimba and Razdolinskoye fields.
Delivery was carried out by road and rail. For 12 months, 52.6 thousand tons of cement were sent to consumers by rail, more than 509 thousand tons by motor transport.
Over 419 thousand tons of finished products were shipped in bulk (66 % of total sales), in big bags - 119.4 thousand tons, in bags of 25 and 50 kg – almost 95 thousand tons.
In 2022, the sales volume of Krasnoyarsk Cement products decreased by 8.3 % to the level of 2021. This is primarily due to a significant reduction in cement consumption in Krasnoyarsk.
All planned repairs of the equipment were carried out at the plant in a timely manner in order to ensure its stable operation and increase the efficiency of the departments. Last year, Siberian Cement Holding allocated RUB 1.34 billion for the technical re-equipment of the Krasnoyarsk Cement.
A new bridge grab crane has been installed and started working in the Grinding shop. The construction of a new grinding unit and a closed-cycle grinding cement mill (with a separator) with a standard size of 4×13.5 meters with a capacity of up to 100 tons per hour is being completed. Currently, all the buildings and structures of the new workshop have been erected, the necessary technological equipment has been installed. Work is underway on the installation and commissioning of equipment, interior decoration.
To meet the demand for palletized products, a new packaging machine was installed at the factory. Modern equipment capable of producing 60 tons of palletized cement per hour took the place of a semi-automatic palletizer, which at the same time produced only 20 tons.
The plant's fleet of special equipment was systematically updated. Last year, a front loader was delivered to the industrial site. A bulldozer was purchased for the Gorny workshop.
The priority of the enterprise remains to increase the level of environmental safety of production. Krasnoyarsk Cement continues to participate in the federal project "Clean Air" and conducts activities aimed at reducing the impact on the environment. The company continuously operates 50 gas purification plants, their efficiency is 98-99 %.
Last year, a site for the repair and maintenance of gas cleaning plants was commissioned in the equipment maintenance shop, which will allow Krasnoyarsk Cement to carry out current repairs of gas cleaning equipment on its own, without involving third-party specialists.
