Krasnoyarsk Cement (a subsidiary of Sibcem Holding) sums up the results of work for six months of 2023. In the period from January to June, the company produced 333.8 thou. tonnes of cement. Compared to last year, the production volume increased by 19 %.
In the first half of 2023, 326.3 thou. tonnes of cement were sold – 13.4 % more than in January-June 2022. 48.5 thou. tonnes of building materials were sent to customers by rail (+227.8 % compared to last year), by road – 246.8 thou. tonnes (+5.1 %).
CEM I 42.5N GOST 31108-2020 Portland cement is most in demand, the plant produced 143.1 thou. tonnes of this type (42.9 % of the total output). CEM II/A-S 32.5B GOST 31108-2020 slag Portland cement takes the second place, its share in the total volume was 22.0 % (73.5 thou. tonnes).
In the period from January to June, planned works on modernization and repair of equipment were carried out in the divisions of Krasnoyarsk Cement. The total cost of the repair program implemented at the enterprise amounted to 394.5 million rubles.
In the first half of 2023, the Krasnoyarsk Cement updated its fleet. A modern bulldozer, a front loader and two dump trucks were delivered to the industrial site. More than 62 million rubles were allocated for the purchase of equipment. Chinese quarry dump trucks were delivered to the plant for the first time. This equipment is used for the transportation of limestone from the quarry to the crushing facility of the Gorny department.A new Grinding department is being prepared for commissioning. A stage of technological testing of equipment is carried out in the division. The new closed-cycle cement mill (with separator) with a standard size of 4 ×13.5 meters, launched in the first half of the year as part of the tests, operates stably, producing up to 100 tons of high-quality cement per hour. The improvement of the department territory and adjacent areas continues.
A new block of silos No. 1 and 4, equipped with four points for loading bulk cement into road transport, has been launched in the End Products department. The system is equipped with automatic loading devices that can significantly speed up the loading process and avoid the formation of cement dust emissions into the atmosphere. The loading of vehicles is carried out directly on the scales to ensure high speed and accuracy of the procedure. The new cement silos are built in an optimally convenient location on the production site of the plant, based on the best in-plant logistics. Due to this, the waiting time for vehicles until they are loaded is significantly reduced.
The priority remains to increase the level of environmental safety of production. Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant is a participant of the Clean Air federal project. The company operates 50 gas-cleaning plants, the efficiency of which is 98-99%. Krasnoyarsk Cement continues to carry out activities aimed at reducing the impact on the environment. In the first half of 2023, 3,500 bags on bag filters were replaced in the Mining, Burning, Grinding and End Products departments, 12 were repaired. About 6.5 million rubles were spent on the purchase of equipment and its installation.Managing Director of Krasnoyarsk Cement Dmitry Kireev said "Krasnoyarsk Cement Plant continues to work steadily, increases the volume of cement production.
