OOO Topkinsky Cement (subsidiary of AO “HC “Sibcem”) completed first stage of the national project “Labor productivity and employment support”. For six months, with the support of experts from the Federal Center of Competence, employees of the plant studied the possibilities of improving the activities of each division. In particular, the approaches to the organization of workplaces were revised, new standards for equipment maintenance were approved. Almost 170 employees of the company have undergone specialized training. In future, Topkinsky Cement will continue to work independently to increase productivity. According to preliminary data, total economic effect from the introduction of lean technologies at the plant will be about 25 million rubles per year.
“Within three years we expect to increase productivity by at least 30%,” stated Alexey Ospelnikov, Managing Director of OOO “Topkinsky Cement”.
