After the completed construction, the team of JSC “Sebryakovcement” carried out industrial tests of cement mill No. 14.
After the commissioning of cement mill No. 14, the plant stopped and mothballed the outdated first grinding units. Specialists working in this unit were provided with training, now they are maintaining modern equipment.
The production capacity of cement mill No. 14 is 175 tons of high quality cement per hour, which is 55 tons more than the capacity of cement mill No. 13 built in 2007. The new equipment meets the most up-to-date production and environmental requirements and allows the company to guarantee the production of high-quality cement.
It is difficult to overestimate the importance of this project for Sebryakovcement and for consumers of its products. In recent years, the demand for finely ground high quality cement has been increasing. The technology of cement grinding in a closed-cycle mill allows the company to produce high stability and strength cement. This is the main advantage of modern equipment in comparison with open-cycle grinding mills.
The next stage of this project is reconstruction of kiln No. 8, it is to be transferred to dry process method, upgrade the averaged storage of raw material mix, which is a part of the technological line No. 7. The founders of JSC “Sebryakovcement” have assigned this task to the team. The main specialists of the plant have already identified suppliers of the main technological equipment, developed and approved the schedule for the works, started purchasing spare parts and materials for the repair. Funds for these purposes are included in the budget, the task of the staff is to complete the upgrade of furnace No. 8 by October 2025.
Technical upgrading of “Sebryakovcement” is an important, perhaps even indispensable condition for its competitive ability among related enterprises of the country. Introduction of innovative technologies, modern equipment allow the team to ensure excellent quality of produced cement, promptly respond to emerging customer demands, increase productivity of kilns and cement mills, reduce harmful impact on the environment. The total cost of technical re-equipment of “Sebryakovcement” has already exceeded 20 billion rubles, and it is important to note that these are not loans or credits, but funds from the profits received.
