TimlyuyCement (Sibcem holding) summarizes the results of work in the construction season-2022.
From January to October, the company produced 344.9 thousand tons of cement, which is 4% more than the same indicator last year. 341.8 thousand tons of products were shipped to consumers – 3.5% more than in 10 months of 2021.
The increase in production and sales volumes is explained by an increase in the capacity of the cement market of the Republic of Buryatia – by the end of 10 months of 2022, it amounted to 236 thousand tons of cement (+15.3% compared to the level of January-October 2021). The consumption of the plant's products is increasing, primarily due to housing construction and the implementation of infrastructure projects with state participation.
Currently, the company's assortment includes seven types of cement, including five general construction and two special ones. The products are shipped for the construction of a bridge over the Uda River, as well as strengthening the dam of the Uda and Selenga rivers in Ulan-Ude, the construction of a tourist cluster on Lake Baikal and many other facilities.
In order to ensure stable supplies of high-quality products in the future, the plant continues to modernize the equipment. In total, about 242 million roubles have been allocated for these purposes this year (Including VAT). At the same time, 42% of investments are directed to the renewal of transport. The factory's fleet was replenished with two dump trucks, three truck tractors, a dump truck, a forklift, a combined road vehicle, and two minibuses. An automatic fire extinguishing system for vehicles has also been purchased.
An important area of investment activity remains the introduction of an automated process control system (automated process control system), which has been conducted in stages since 2017. In 2022, the corresponding expenses are 68 million roubles (including VAT). Automation of raw mills No. 2 and 5 of the Grinding shop and rotary kilns No. 1 and 3 of the Roasting shop has been completed at the enterprise. In each of these divisions, modern control rooms are equipped, which made it possible to improve the working conditions of machinists.
In addition, this year a project for the technical re-equipment of the compressor compartment, which provides production with compressed air, which is necessary for the smooth operation of factory units, has been launched in the Grinding shop. In the near future, a new compressor with a capacity of 15 thousand cubic meters of compressed air per hour will be put into operation. It will replace two units that were put into operation in the 80s of the last century. The cost of purchasing and installing equipment exceeds 27 million roubles.
At the Timlyuy cement Plant, a program of repairs and maintenance of equipment is carried out in a timely manner. Over 436 million roubles were allocated for these purposes in 2022. In particular, the company has carried out repairs of three raw materials, four cement mills, rotary kilns No. 1 and 3, EKG excavators and other facilities.
