Replacing an outdated separator

Modernization of the mill at PHOENIX Zementwerke Krogbeumker GmbH & Co KG cement plant, Beckum, Germany, in July 2010 by replacing the separator from Christian Pfeiffer Maschinenfabrik GmbH (Germany) with a modern piece of equipment produced by the same company, is described. The cement mill had to be stopped for 3 days only. As a result of modernization the production rate of the plant has increased together with the fineness of grinding, and as a consequence, the strength of the produced cement.
