Ocean Shipping Consultants. Prospects for cement trade and shipping.

Data on trade in cement and clinker in the world and selected regions in 2000—2010 is presented along with projections to 2025; the situation with their transportation by sea is analyzed. It is estimated that the world trade in cement in 2011 amounted to 169 Mt. It is expected to grow generally, with significant regional differences.
