Addition of fluorocarbon-containing aluminium production wastes to clinker and cement

The article describes improvement of the efficiency of Portland cement clinker production with using wastes of aluminium production - broken electrodes. According to the experience of OAO Iskitim-Cement, when fluorocarbon-containing broken electrodes are introduced into the raw mixture in the amount of 0.1% (in terms of fluorine), this improves clinker gradation, reduces the sintering temperature and fuel consumption.
