Influence of the grinding system structure with a ball mill on its performance

A description of mathematical models of grinding systems with barrel and tube ball mills operating in open and closed circuits with dust separators is given. The results of the design analysis of the structure and the efficiency of the separation on grinding performance of the system depending on the size of the dust are described. An estimate of the mill throughput effect on the performance of the mill in the closed circuit is made.
