Replacement of the separator in the grinding shop of Warta cement factory

The project of the separator replacement in the Cement Grinding Shop 3 of the Polish Warta plant made by PSP Engineering, Czech Republic is described. The flow chart for the shop and operating parameters of the separator are shown. Installation of the thirdgeneration separator of PRESEP VTP 2700 type has allowed the plant to produce cement of up to 5,000 cm2/g fineness and cool it.
