System of automation of technological processes at OOO Achinsk Cement

A system for process automation at the Achinsk Cement plant, owned by BaselCement holding company, set up after the plant was out of operation from 2000 to 2007 is described. All levels of the system are analyzed in detail. Its effectiveness is confirmed by the fact that during the time elapsed from the second launch of the plant in 2007, no legitimate complaints about the quality of the shipped product were received.
