Attracting investments for realization of joint projects

The article reviews new procedures and approaches making it possible to profit from reducing CO2 emis- sions as a result of realization of technology upgrading projects. Examples are given of cutting the emissions of CO2 depending on the degree of modernization of the production equipment.
