Modernization of grinding facilities of the Iskitim cement plant

The article describes a cement mill modernization project at the Iskitim cement plant. The mill operates in an open-circuit mode with the internals from Estanda (Spain). As a result of the modernization project, the mill output increased by 12%, power consumption decreased, wear of the mill internals and of the grinding bodies was sharply reduced and a thermal conditions constancy of the mill was reached.
