Cement market of Azerbaijan and OAO Garadagh-Cement

The article analyzes the status and development of the cement industry of Azerbaijan and, in particular, of OAO Garadag-Cement. It is assumed that in 2008 the production of cement in the country will amount of the 2.6 Mt. OAO Garadag-Cement has plans to build a new dry kiln, which will increase the plant’s capacity to 1.7 Mta.
