Cement for hydraulic engineering facilities: a rule or an exception?

In connection with the current revival of hydro-engineering projects in Siberia, there is an ever greater need for special cements increases for hydraulic engineering facilities, such cements being today produced in accordance with GOST 10178-85 as 400 DO cement brand with normalized composition. This raises the question of reintroduction of the special technical specifications for cements used hydraulic engineering structures after introducing additions and amendments into TU-21-26-14-90 specifications (Cements for hydraulic engineering structures in Siberia) that operated earlier.
