Calciner upgrade at the Cementizillo plant.

The article describes a kiln line reconstruction project resulting in an increase of the kiln output from 1700 t/day to 2400 t/day. This productivity increase was achieved due to increasing the thermal capacity of the heat exchanger, reconstruction of the cooler, using petcoke as fuel and installation of a system for raw material and coke grinding.
As a result of reconstruction, the kiln output rose to 2450 t/day at a 70-80 % utilization rate of the
exhaust gas fan power and at a kiln drive rotation rate of 2.7 rpm.
The NOx emission level was reduced to 600 mg/Nm^3 at using petcoke only.
