Purposeful development under changing conditions.

OAO Volyn-Cement is situated in the town of Zdolbunov not far from the city of Rovno in Western Ukraine. Among all other cement plants, it is closest to Kiev, which today is the largest and the most concentrated construction materials market in Ukraine. The chief shareholder of the enterprise is Dyckerholl, which has a 90% interest in that company.
