Conversion of wet plants.

The semi-dry clinker burning method is suggested with the use of a speciality developed crusher-dryer, to which it is to feed materials of various humidity, even, slurry. It describes the thermal balance of the kiln system taking into account the heat consumption for drying, and proposes various methods of configuration of the technological line depending on the properties of raw materials, prospects of further modernization of production and other factors. Practical implementation of these methods is described.
