Improving the efficiency of clinker burning process.

The article presents the results of the development and introduction of continuous control system for the composition of exhaust gases from rotary kilns. It is shown, that the introduction of such a system in production provides for a 5 to 1 O % reduction in fuel consumption, stabilization of the clinker burning process and improvement of its quality. Case studies are cited to demonstrate the increased efficiency achieved through the introduction of the continuous composition control of the exhaust gases at some cement plants
