An increasing number of cement companies in Russia practices preventive maintenance. In these circumstances, the Danish company FLSmidth which has a developed network of service units is ready to offer their knowledge and experience providing services in inexpensive repair and restoration of the process equipment. The paper describes FLSmidth’s potential in proactive and reactive maintenance, diagnostics and repair of any cement plants. Examples of the diagnostic procedures performed at plants in Russia are given.
