On the relation between standardized and non-standardized quality indicators of cements and concretes.

The paper discusses the effect of cements’ properties on the processing characteristics of concrete mixtures and construction and engineering properties of concrete. According to the author, today the only real way to overcome the negative impact of fluctuations in the properties of cements on the properties of concrete mixtures and concretes is to increase the uniformity of both standardized and non-standardized properties of cements.
