A new look at cement packaging

The article describes AD*STAR polypropylene block bottom valve bags for packaging bulk materials. These bags are manufactured using a special technology developed by Austrian Starlinger & Co. They have several advantages over traditional packaging of kraft paper or polyethylene film. Their use can reduce product loss, costs of packaging, transportation and storage. Used bags can be burned as refuse-derived fuel in the process.
