Replacement of coal mill filters at OAO CESLA Slantsevsky cement plant

The work performed during replacement of coal mill filters at OAO CESLA Slantsevsky Cement Plant, part of the HeidelbergCement group of companies in Russia, is described. The characteristics of new pulse jet bag filters, the system for gas sampling and gas analysis, the plant for inertization of grinding and filtering equipment are given. The residual clean gas dust content does not exceed 10 mg/m3.
