Optimization of operating modes of the cone inertial crusher

The results of assessment of the method of calculating the cone inertial crusher (CIC) design based on the results of a multifactor experiment are considered in the paper. Using the regression equations, the influence of variable factors (the angle of inclination of the mobile cone generatrix, the length of the parallelism area, the width of the discharge gap and the mobile cone gyration rate) on the productivity of the crusher and the specific power consumption for crushing are analyzed. The rational design and technological parameters of the crusher are determined.
