Processes of clinker formation in low energy consuming raw materials.
The possibility of obtaining cement clinkers with partial replacement of natural raw materials and corrective additives with coal mining wastes, tephroite basalt and lead slags is established. The introduction of the two latter components in the raw meal will allow to complete clinker formation at 1300-1350 °C, reduce fuel consumption, improve furnace efficiency and reduce CO2 and NOx emissions into the air. The strength of cement produced using unconventional raw materials is 42.11-42.77 MPa, which is slightly higher than the cement strength of the reference composition.Author: B.T. Taymasov, Т.М.
