For the period from January to June, TimlyuiCement (a subsidiary of Sibcem Holding) produced 183.9 thou. tons of cement – 3% more than in the six months of 2022. The sales volume increased by 7% compared to the same indicator last year and amounted to 187.6 thou. tons of products.

In April, First Graphene (FGR) announced plans for major graphene-enhanced cement trials with a consortium that includes Breedon Cement, Morgan Sindall and the University of Manchester. Now, FGR confirmed the beginning of these trials using the company’s graphene in cement and concrete at the Breedon Group’s Hope Cement Works at Derbyshire in the United Kingdom.

Holcim announces that Beat Hess, Chairman of the company since 2016, has decided not to seek re-election to the Board of Directors at the AGM in May 2023.
