AUMUND GROUP offers a new format of customer service – PREMAS ® 360° package solutions. The new format of customer service offers clients all-around equipment maintenance support, physical inspections, cutting-edge industry 4.0 (IoT) constant monitoring of AUMUND and non-AUMUND conveying equipment, technical training, as well as inventory, warehouse facilities, emergency remote support and full maintenance consulting programs.
