Azerbaijan introduced new state standards for all types of cement

To ensure the improvement of the quality of all types of cement produced in Azerbaijan, new state standards have been adopted: AZS EN 197–1: 2021 "Cement – Part 1: Composition, technical requirements and compatibility criteria for general-purpose cements", AZS EN 197–2: 2021 "Cement – Part 2: Assessment and verification of the stability of quality indicators ", AZS GOST 30515–2021" Cements. General technical conditions".

The new standards establish composition, technical requirements and compatibility criteria, terms and tariffs, safety requirements for general-purpose cements, requirements for sampling for cement quality control, test methods, requirements for transportation and storage of cements. The standards were approved and included in the State Fund of Normative Documents for Standardization.
