GOST R 59300-2021 "Public Roads. Concrete mixtures for the base layers and pavements. Technical conditions" was approved by the Rosstandart order № 643-st, July 21, 2021. The standard applies to ready-to-use concrete mixtures of coarse-grained and fine-grained heavy road concrete with cement binders, sold to the consumers for the construction of foundation layers and pavements of public highways. The document establishes requirements for specifications of concrete mixtures, control procedures for their preparation, assessment of compliance with the quality indicators. The standard applies to concrete with a density from 2000 to 2500 kg/m3.

GOST R 59301-2021 "Public roads. Concrete mixtures for construction of base layers and pavements. Test methods" was approved by the order of Rosstandart of July 21, 2021 N 646-st. The standard applies to concrete mixtures of coarse-grained and fine-grained heavy road concrete, manufactured in accordance with GOST R 59300, and establishes the rules for sampling, methods of determining the workability, average density, porosity, delamination, temperature and preservation of the properties of the concrete mixture.

GOST R 59302-2021 "Public roads. Concrete mixtures for construction of base layers and pavements. Rules for selecting the composition" was approved by the order of Rosstandart dated July 21, 2021 N 644-st.
