Construction of Dangote’s Itori cement plant started

Sinoma International Engineering started the construction of Dangote’s cement plant in Itori, Ogun State in Nigeria with the celebration of the pile foundation.

The integrated cement plant is designed with 2 x 6000 tpd kiln capacity, which will increase Dangote’s cement capacity in Nigeria by 6.0 Mta, from 35.3 Mta to 41.3 Mta. The contract has been signed end of February this year, commissioning of the plant is planned in about 20 months.
