The new scalable system allows enterprises to monitor activities of all production units. OPTIME packs wireless sensors with proprietary software and can reduce financial costs of monitoring by up to 50 % compared to offline measurements using hand-held devices.

The system mainly consists of wireless, battery-powered vibration sensors, a gateway, and a software application visualizing the operations data. In addition to being economical, OPTIME is easy to utilize and can be effortlessly set up on hundreds of production units within a single day.
