"EUROCEMENT group" has launched a mobile application for Android and IOS

As part of implementation of digital development strategy, EUROCEMENT group holding has launched a mobile application for Andriod and IOS, which will help the company's customers buy cement and manage operations on their orders.

The app became an addition to the EUROCEMENT group online store and has the functionality of the client's personal account. It provides access to the product catalog, makes it possible to place an order without access to a computer.

With the help of the new mobile app, EUROCEMENT group clients can pay and track orders, receiving in real time all the necessary data on the status of shipments. The application also gives access to the current balance of contracts, changes in the list of consignees of products.

“Over the past year, we have changed many business processes, which allowed us to bring the company to a new level of work with clients: from the introduction of unique products and technical support to the launch of a single dispatch center, all this has significantly improved the quality of service for our customers. The launch of the mobile application is another example of the successful implementation of a client IT solution based on modern technologies, it is a step towards achieving the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction for our products," stated Alexey Kharchenko, Vice President of EUROCEMENT group for sales and marketing.

“Today, a mobile phone concentrates all the basic needs of a modern person. That is why it was of the utmost importance for us to provide clients of the holding with an application that allows them to receive high-quality industry-specific service using a mobile phone and without being tied to an office. Our next step may be the creation of a product center, which will further expand the holding's capabilities in the field of e-commerce,” commented Elina Boychenko, Vice President of EUROCEMENT group for digitalization and transformation.

As part of the implementation of a digital business model, in May 2020, EUROCEMENT group opened its online store with a client's personal account. Today, over 26% of cement supply requests are secured through the e-commerce platform.
