Governor of Penza Region Oleg Melnichenko and General Director of OOO Asia Cement Ainura Kypchakbaeva discussed the development of industrial production on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021.
The Governor noted active work of the company in the region, and clarified that compliance with environmental safety standards at such industries is one of the most important aspects.
According to Ainura Kypchakbaeva, for 9 months of this year, the total production of the plant amounted to 114% compared to the same period in 2020. The company employs about 550 people. Basically, these are residents of the Nikolsky district.
The parties also discussed the issue of personnel training for Asia Cement. Oleg Melnichenko recalled that during his working trip to the Nikolsky district, the issue of creating an educational platform was considered, where training along with practice at the plant would be organized.
Asia Cement has overcome the millionth mark of cement production. By the order of the government of the Penza region, the plant is included in the number of system-forming organizations of the region.
