Mordovcement increased the productivity of mills with the help of the Digital Assistant for Grinding Operators.
The project has been underway for more than 10 months and has increased average mill productivity by 5.48% and reduced energy consumption by 7.04% The digital assistant tells the operator the best possible way to adjust the process parameters, and the operator decides on their application.
The plant started implementing a digital assistant for the cement mill operator on the semi-dry line starting in February 2024. Digital transformation allows optimizing the use of resources and forming a new corporate culture. The result is an increase in the competitiveness of the plant and a noticeable increase in its efficiency.
