Instructions of the President of the Russian Federation following the annual news conference

Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation following a press conference held on December 23, 2021:

To submit proposals to increase the contribution of large industrial companies to the construction of housing and social infrastructure facilities in the places where their activities are carried out. The deadline is May 1, 2022.

To consider issues related to the relocation from the emergency housing stock of citizens who own residential premises acquired using credits or loans (including mortgages), the obligations for which have not been repaid at the time of recognition of the apartment building in which such residential premises are located as emergency, and, if necessary, submit appropriate proposals. The deadline is May 1, 2022.

The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation in the direction of "Construction, Housing and Communal Services, urban Environment" and the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, should prepare an exhaustive list of documents, information, materials, approvals necessary for the implementation of projects for the construction of capital construction facilities, including in order to shorten their implementation and eliminate redundant or duplicate procedures, and approve the specified list. The deadline is March 30, 2022.
