Krichevcementnoshifer Increased Investments In Production in 2020 by 2.8 Times

In 2020, Belarusian Cement Company’s subsidiary, Krichevcementnoshifer plant has invested over BYR 6.7 million (excluding VAT), which is up by 182 % YoY. The largest investments were made in Krichevcementnoshifer’s branch "Precast concrete plant No. 3" — BYR 4.2 million.

In November, a new line for the production of paving slabs and road curbs was launched there, with a production capacity of 400 m2 tiles per 8-hour shift. By the end of March, Krichevcementnoshifer is preparing to put into operation a modern hollow-core slabs production line in Vitebsk.

In 2020 Krichevcementnoshifer produced 1,48 million tons of cement, which is down by 1,4 % YoY.

Krichevcementnoshifer plant with a design capacity of 1.6 million tons is part of the Belarusian Cement Company holding. 80 % of the company's products are shipped by rail.
