New dump trucks have been added to the vehicle fleet of Katavsky Cement

As part of the EUROCEMENT group investment program, Katavsky Cement received new modern equipment. The received dump trucks were originally designed as open-pit dump trucks and have all the necessary characteristics to carry out work on the transportation of raw materials. They are able to withstand heavy loads and harsh operating conditions, thanks to the spring suspension and shock absorbers of the cab, they are distinguished by high smoothness, as well as good stability and excellent adhesion to the ground. An electromagnetic retarder is responsible for the safety of braking. For increased cross-country ability on dump trucks, an inter-axle blocking of the rear axles is installed. The vehicle is also comfortable for the driver to work: the cab is equipped with an air conditioner and with a driver's seat on a pneumatic cushion; an air treatment facility is installed to clean the air.

“Dump trucks are successfully operating at the plant. This equipment with a lifting capacity of 55 tons has already established itself as reliable and efficient. The arrival of new dump trucks for production will ensure, first of all, trouble-free operation and the supply of raw materials in the required quantity. Dump truck maintenance time will be reduced. The new equipment is easy to operate and maintain. The dump trucks are adapted to work in difficult mountainous terrain."
