Sibcem Holding continues its investment activities to upgrade and expand the fleet of special equipment of its plants. A hydraulic excavator and a bulldozer have been put into operation in TimlyuyCement (Sibcem Holding). Equipment with a total cost of RUB 66 million was purchased for the development of the second ore body of the south-western flank of the Tarakanovskoye limestone and porphyroid deposit.
The Russian-made bulldozer has a high level of reliability, strength and functionality, works effectively even in areas with frozen ground and heavy rocks.
The new excavator is equipped with centralized lubrication and automatic fire extinguishing systems, an autonomous starting liquid engine heater. Operating modes allow you to adjust the performance of the machine depending on specific operating conditions. The driver's cab has a reinforced structure, there is heating equipment and air conditioning in the cabin. For comfortable work of the driver, there is a seat with an air suspension, an ergonomically positioned control panel and a large display that displays all the main operating parameters.
"Commissioning of a quarry machine with a bucket of 3.1 cubic meters (other excavators used by the plant – 1.9 cubic meters) will increase labour productivity and reduce the cost of finished products. Modern special equipment is distinguished by a large repair interval," says Viktor Noskov, head of the automotive department of TimlyuyCement.
"In the production of cement, it is important to ensure an uninterrupted process of extraction and supply to the plant of the main raw material – limestone. It is necessary that the quarry equipment function without downtime, regardless of the specifics of the site being developed," explains Alexander Volkov, Managing Director of TimlyuyCement. – The development of a quarry is carried out in very difficult conditions. I am sure that the cars chosen with them in mind will not let you down."
