As part of the collaboration between "Norm" OJSC and the State Agency for Vocational Education, a training program was conducted to support education in relevant vocational schools.
Twenty students, specializing in industry-oriented fields at the Baku State Vocational Education Center for Industry and Innovations, participated in the program of "Basics of Labor Protection and Ecology". The trainings were condutted by the specialists of the Norm Cement plant Rashad Bakdamirli, Anar Bunyadzade, Khayyam Valiyev, and Ibrahim Hasanov.
The primary objective of the program was to prepare vocational students for real work environments and contribute to their overall development.
