Russian Railways: cement loading by rail increased by 6 % in January–September 2021

Loading on the network of OAO Russian Railways amounted to 956.2 million tons in January–September 2021, which is 3.7 % more than in the same period last year, the company's press service reports.

Loading by rail:
– cement – 20.4 million tons (+6 % by January–September 2020);
– timber cargo – 32.3 million tons (+2.6 %);
– construction cargo – 97.1 million tons (-4.6 %);
– coal – 276.9 million tons (+8.1 %).

In September 2021, loading on the network of OAO Russian Railways amounted to 106.4 million tons, which is 1.2 % more than in the same period last year (0.4 % higher than in September 2019).
